Although we are not real estate agents, we help our clients to locate properties, contact the sellers and visit the site to check in the condition, characteristics, etc. of the property. We do not charge any commission, but only the traveling and operation costs involved. In this way, you save approximately 3-5 % of the purchase price which otherwise would have to be paid to your realtor as a commission, besides making sure from the very beginning that the property you have located or have interest in has a good title and no liens or encumbrances.
